- Customers are required to provide valid contact details, including a telephone number and email address and must inform us of any changes.
- Invoices are generated 14 days prior to their due date. Payment is due in full before the due date on the invoice.
- Should the invoice not be paid within 3 days after the due date HostFantastic LTD may automatically charge a £5 + VAT late payment fee .
- 3 days past the invoice due date, your account will be suspended.
- Failure to pay after 25 days may lead to immediate termination of service and possible loss of data. You will receive one reminder prior to cancelation.
- HostFantastic LTD do not offer refunds for services purchased in advance, unless under our 30 day money back guarantee
- You must inform HostFantastic LTD at least 7 working days before your billing date if you intend to cancel.
- Cancelation requests should be sent to sales@hostfantastic.co.uk or a Support Ticket raised. Failure to do so will result in your account being charged for one extra month.
- Customers paying by credit/debit card acknowledge that unless services are cancelled or the payment method chosen is changed by the customer, we will automatically bill the card used at the time of the order using details stored by our secure merchant.
- Customers agree that these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. HostFantastic LTD undertake to notify all customers of any changes and post a notice in the clients account 30 days before changes come into force. Continued use of the service after 30 (thirty) days has elapsed since the posting of such amendments to the contract will be taken as acceptance of the changes and agreement to abide by them. Should you not wish to abide by any contract amendments we would be happy to refund any pro rata funds left on a hosting package and assist you in moving your domain to a new provider
- HostFantastic LTD may change prices at any time. We will endeavor to not increase any prices for services you are already using, however should we need to we will give at least 30 days notice.
- Neither party to this agreement shall be liable for failing to perform or delay of performance, if delay is caused by circumstances or events outside their reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to industrial action, acts of God, terrorism, civil commotion, refusals to grant licences or permissions, [etc]. The time for performance shall be extended for a reasonable time, having regard for the cause of the delay upon reasonable notice in writing to the other party. Should such delay persist for a period of over 28 continuous days either party may give notice to terminate this agreement on 7 days' notice in writing
You agree not to use the service to:
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene (illegal pornography), libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Please note that IRC, Torrent Tracker/download software or Proxy services may not be run on our network. Contact us for clarification where needed.
- Harm minors in any way.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Forge headers or spoof or monitor/sniff IP packets.
- Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content or Third Party Content transmitted via the Site.
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Third Party Content that you do not have a right to transmit under Law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Third Party Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas of the Site that are designated for such purpose.
- Upload, post or otherwise transmit any Third Party Content that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
- Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals.
- Do anything that in the opinion of HostFantastic LTD is likely to bring the service into disrepute.
HostFantastic LTD will take reasonable steps to safeguard the security of any information you input to the Site or send to us on the internet. You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password.
HostFantastic LTD may without notice suspend restrict or terminate your access if such access shall prejudice the efficiency or integrity of the Site. If your website is attacked (DDoS) then we reserve the right to suspend your package from our network without notice. HostFantastic LTD shall report if appropriate misuse or abuse of the Site by You to any regulatory authority or, in the case of criminal matters, the police.
Limitation of liability
HostFantastic LTD shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damages you may incur or suffer arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or a linked service which shall include without limitation, except for network/hardware issues which are dealt with by our SLA below;
- Delay or inability to use the service or a Linked service
- Reliance upon Third Party Content
- Loss of confidentiality
- Termination of your access
- Virus transmitted
- Failure of communication media
- Unauthorised access to your account/website
- Theft
- Loss or damage to any data or other information or property
HostFantastic treats Your privacy seriously.
Your use of the service signifies your consent to us collecting and using personal information about you in accordance with this policy of terms and conditions.
HostFantastic LTD use the personal information collected about You to let you know about new goods, services or offers.
HostFantastic LTD reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with Laws or to protect itself or its users.
Domain Registration
- HostFantastic LTD will attempt to register domains ordered as soon as possible after payment has been processed
- It is solely the registrant's responsibility to check that the domain name requested has been successfully & correctly registered. The registrant agrees to notify HostFantastic LTD without delay in the event of a domain failing to become registered or being registered incorrectly. If we are unable to register the domain chosen, we can only offer to register a different domain name for use with the hosting package, or provide a full refund of the fees paid for that account.
- You agree and acknowledge that the domain registry may display your personal details on a public register of domain registrations unless you are eligible to opt out of the service and have done so
- As our system is automated you confirm that details submitted during this order have been thoroughly checked as being correct and agree that these details will be submitted to the registry 'as is'.
- The registrant agrees that all details submitted in respect of a domain name registration are true and correct. The registrant makes certain to HostFantastic LTD that the registration of the domain name ordered and the way in which it will be used (directly or indirectly) does not infringe the legal rights of any third party. HostFantastic LTD does not accept any responsibility for the use of registered domain names especially where there may be conflict over rights to ownership. Any disputes over the registration and/or ownership of a domain name are solely the responsibility of the account owner.
- The account owner indemnifies Hosfantastic Ltd from any legal proceedings and costs that arise as a result of the registration of a domain name.
- At the end of the domain registration period the payment of a renewal fee is necessary to ensure that the domain name remains online and registered to the account owner. The customer acknowledges and agrees that if no payment is made they may lose their domain.
Shared hosting
- You may not host any adult(pornography,dating etc) or gambling websites.
- HostFantastic LTD reserve the right to make changes to the operation of our servers at any time and without notice should this be necessary to protect our servers and network from harm.
- The account owner agrees to keep any software in use within their account secure by applying software patches (where available) and/or taking steps to ensure that the software cannot be abused. The customer agrees that should HostFantastic LTD become aware that a piece of software within a customer account is being abused, public access to the software should be removed as soon as possible to prevent further abuse. HostFantastic LTD will not be held responsible for any damage of your website due to insecure scripts
- Whilst HostFantastic LTD makes daily backups of content hosted within the packages we offer, we do not guarantee that we will be able to restore data from our backups. The customer therefore agrees to make their own backups of their files regularly.
- The account owner indemnifies HostFantastic LTD from any legal proceedings and costs that arise as a result of their use of the account
- Should any provision within our terms and conditions of service be found by a court in England & Wales to be unlawful, that provision can be severed from the remainder of this agreement.
- HostFantastic LTD reserve the right to suspend or throttle any account that causes severe server issues or use a disproportionate amount of resources.
VPS
- VPS orders will be provisioned within 24 hours
- VPS products are sold un-managed unless a management plan is selected
- Unmanaged support includes hardware and infrastructure support only. No support is provided for operating system configuration, maintenance or software installation/configuration
- The customer agrees to make their own backups of their files regularly. Hostfantastic LTD will not be held liable for any data loss on your VPS.
- VPS's are not backed up unless a management plan is selected, according to your SLA.
- You are free to install any software on your VPS, so long as it is legal.
- Should your VPS become compromised or used for malicious purposes(such as sending spam), Hostfantastic reserve the right to disable the VPS to protect our network
- Hostfantastic will create an administrator/root level user on the VPS that must not be modified or disabled. This user will only be used for support porposes or investigations into breaches of our TOS.
Money back guarantee
- The money back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of the acceptance of the order, inclusive of the order date
- The guarantee applies to new customers ordering new hosting packages only and is not valid for upgrades, renewals or any other product
- All refunds will be less domain renewal fee if you registered a domain as part of your package
- The guarantee is not valid if we terminate your service within 30 days due to breach of our terms and conditions
- We can only refund against the initial payment method
- The money back guarantee is no longer valid if you take advantage of free product offers on your package, such as SSL certificates or software licenses.
- The guarantee is not valid if we terminate/suspend your services within the 30 day period or you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
The laws of England and Wales shall govern these terms.
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)
Every customer benefits from the following SLA guidelines:
- 99.9% Uptime
- 24 Hour initial response time to tickets
Should our uptime fall below the above limit:
- 95% to 99.8% = 10% monthly credit
- 90% to 94.9% = 25% credit
- 89.9% or below = 40% credit
Uptime is monitored by Service Uptime and Pingdom. Uptime statistics available on request. Both services must show uptime below SLA.
Should our support SLA not me met, the following credits will be offered:
- 30 Minutes over SLA = 15% monthly credit
- 1-2 Hours over SLA = 30% credit
- 2+ Hours over SLA = 50% credit
All credits will be added to your accounts and are redeemable against all invoiced items.

Should you have a complaint you should first raise it by sending an email to support@hostfantastic.co.uk or raising a ticket. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction please send a letter outlining your complaint to:
